Your statement should: be quick and easy to complete be an up-to-date record of your status (in practice or not in practice) WebThis includes maintaining your membership and paying annual membership fees. Further details can be found in the Members’ area available in MyCIPFA. Chartered members (CPFA/FCPFA except retired members) must complete an Annual Members Statement (AMS) by 31 March each year, the AMS form is available online via MyCIPFA.
