WebThe shadow set is good for the swamp, until you get the gold hemmed set. But yeah, without the rusted iron ring it kinda sucks. In other words, first playthrough blighttown is kinda miserable. It took me ages to find that second bonfire. But once you've conquered it and you see the sun again, you'll be on cloud nine. WebDs1 has best level design if we don't count multiplayer and other mechanics. Ds2 has best level design if we include multiplayer and other things. Edit: I personally would have appreciated Blighttown more (in retrospect too) if we had bonfire warping available.
