WebFeb 2, 2024 · The only problem is that you need to use the dial not the handlebar to slow down slowly - the handlebar control is not very sensitive so you go from fast to stop very quickly. My initial take on the 5 mph top speed was, “that’s kind of slow,” then I realized that the cart was steadily rolling away from me as I walked behind it.
